PRODUCT WARRANTY
Unless otherwise specified, all products sold
by Classical Hardwood Design are warranted to be free from defects
upon receipt. If you receive a defective product, we will
replace it as soon as possible at no cost to you. We must be
notified of any defects within 7 days of delivery of the product.
We will pay for return shipping charges.
Defective products must be securely packed in original box with
original packing materials.
RETURN POLICY
If for any reason you are not happy with your
purchase, simply return the product for a full refund of the
purchase price minus shipping charges (return policy does not
apply to custom orders unless arrangements have been made at time
order is placed). We must be notified within 7 days of
receipt of the product of your intention to return it.
Products should not be returned without notifying us beforehand.
Returned items must be packed securely in original box with original
shipping materials. Return shipping must include insurance.
